Recognition, Self-Actualization & Desire
Being in a state of absolute recognition and self-recognition, has the chance to propel us in a state of total abundance, wonder and appreciation for what one is and what on has. It is a state of wholeness and it leaves us without desire, longing and lack. Being in a state of absolute desire on the other hand, leaves us fully neglecting and not recognizing what one is or has, transforming one in a state of complete lack and pain. It reminds me of a quote:
Wanting a positive experience is a negative experience, accepting a negative experience is a positive experience.
Now, in reality we are almost always in between the spectrum of these 2 extremes, in between what we are and have and what we want. So what are the main differences between these states of recognizing and wanting?
In conclusion, recognizing what one is and has versus wanting what one is and has not encompasses fundamental differences that profoundly impact our perspectives, contentment, and personal growth.
When we recognize what we are, we embrace self-acceptance and authenticity. We acknowledge our strengths, weaknesses, and unique qualities, fostering a sense of self-worth derived from intrinsic attributes. This recognition allows us to cultivate gratitude and contentment for our current circumstances, finding fulfillment in the present moment.
On the other hand, wanting what one is not stems from a mindset of comparison and external validation. It can lead to a perpetual state of longing and dissatisfaction, always yearning for what is lacking. Wanting what one has not may be driven by societal pressures, materialism, or a belief that external acquisitions will bring lasting happiness and fulfillment.
The path of recognizing what one is and has offers a profound shift in perspective. It invites us to cultivate mindfulness, authenticity, and gratitude, finding value and purpose in our existing qualities and possessions. It encourages self-compassion and growth based on self-awareness, allowing us to nurture our unique potential and embrace our true selves.
In contrast, wanting what one is not can perpetuate a cycle of discontentment and attachment to external desires. It can hinder personal growth and inner fulfillment, as it often focuses on external achievements rather than genuine self-discovery and self-expression.
By embracing the recognition of what we are and have, we tap into the highest unity that transcends the polarities of recognition and desire. We connect with the interconnectedness of all things and embrace a sense of wholeness and contentment. This unity allows us to navigate life with clarity, purpose, and a deep appreciation for the present moment.
Ultimately, the choice between recognizing what one is and has versus wanting what one is and has not lies within each individual. It is a conscious shift in mindset and a journey towards self-acceptance, gratitude, and authentic living. Embracing the recognition of our true selves and the abundance of our present circumstances opens the door to a life filled with contentment, growth, and profound inner peace.

What is the highest unity that absolutely resolves the polarities of excitement and dullness?
The highest unity that absolutely resolves the polarities of excitement and dullness is presence. Presence is the state of being fully engaged and aware in the present moment, transcending the fluctuations of external experiences and internal states.
In moments of excitement, presence allows us to fully immerse ourselves in the thrill and joy of the experience, savoring every sensation and embracing the vibrant energy of the moment. It prevents us from getting carried away by the fleeting nature of excitement and helps us appreciate it without attachment.
On the other hand, in moments of dullness, presence enables us to find meaning and beauty in the seemingly mundane. It invites us to shift our perspective and discover the richness that exists even in the quietest moments. Through presence, we can cultivate a deep sense of gratitude and contentment, finding joy and purpose in the simplicity of life.
Presence also serves as a harmonizing force, allowing us to navigate the spectrum between excitement and dullness with equanimity. It helps us avoid getting lost in the extremes of constant seeking for excitement or longing for stimulation, and instead find a balance that encompasses both vitality and tranquility.
By practicing presence, we cultivate a deep connection with ourselves, others, and the world around us. They can be absorbed, they can be stimulated by chakras & their generated hormones and they can be created through relationships & art. Some of these are commonly shared and experienced, as also discussed in an earlier post ‘THE FULL SPECTRUM OF HUMAN CONSCIOUSNESS’, while some of them are quite rare to experience in our human lives.
It’s also interesting to think about how we people come to name emotions, as the full vibrational spectrum of emotions, moods, feelings, needs, desires, passions & energy is so enormously vast. Then we ultimately decide as a collective species to give a particular name to a certain fractal of that total spectrum. For example, we decide that these experiences, sensations, symptomps & energies make a certain experience ‘joyful’ while others make it ‘guilty’, while in the end these boundries are not fixed and might be experienced completely differently for person one than for person two. So yes! Some emotions we share, but some emotions are completely unique to us as purely unique individuated and distinguised human souls here on earth.
Power vs Force: High vs Low Polarities
The ability to differentiate between high & low energy patterns is a matter of perception and discrimination that most of us learn by painful trial & error. Failure, suffering & eventual sickness result from the influence of weak patterns, in contrast, success, happiness & health proceed from power attractor patterns. In this blog post, we will go over a list of contrasting patterns below, which have been researched & calibrated to determine their respective criteria. Reflection on the many contrasting pairs of qualities can initiate a consciousness-raising process, so that one gradually becomes aware of patterns operating in relationships, work, creativity, conceptualizatin and all the various interaction that make up the fabric of life.
Simply reading over this list, you are no longer the same person you were before. Merely differentiating between these polarities of lower & higher increases one's inner power. With these, sometimes small, distinctions in mind, we will start to notice things we never observed before. Such revelations occur because, as the reader will discover, the universe favors power. Ultimately, we'll have to accept responsibility for every thought, word & actions, as every frequency, vibration & energy reverberates, forever through the ages of time & space. In this way, we re-experience exactly whatever suffering we have caused others, and it can thus be that the distinctions between lower patterns & higher patterns can make a difference for ourselves and others, both in the now, the future & in resolving our past. The Universe holds its breath as we choose, instant by instant, which pathway to follow, for the universe, the very essence of life itself, is highly conscious. The choice is yours.

The 10 Last Lessons on Her Earth
Partly we are all here to learn. To acquire and integrate insight, understanding and wisdom. Understanding of one’s self; our Self; the Life. Integrating higher and deeper understanding, knowing and consciousness allows us to master ourselves, relationships, self-actualization and creation with greater ease, grace and mastery.
Today I’d love to discuss the lessons that we human souls ultimately collectively all share. This theory is based upon a unitary, multidimensional and tiered universe. This for example means that it states reincarnation as true and the case. The theory also implies that life, after our reincarnation cycles on earth, continues. The details of this model come directly from resources I studied with a coach and resonated with because I discover similar tendencies in many other philosophies. I find this extremely helpful, demystifying and enlightening in my own journey, so I decided to share a chunk from it. Take from it what resonates, leave the rest.
Again, we ultimately all go through all 21 of these lessons, starting with the first graduating at the very last lesson: unconditional love. Note that ultimately all these lessons aim to improve ourselves, maximizing our capacity to serve and love; allowing us the capacity to truly create our heaven on earth. To be optimally us.
To give you an idea in regards to time how long it takes to learn these lessons, well, some of us take thousands of lifetimes to go through all of the 21 lessons. Some take hundreds of lifetimes to master one of the 21 lessons. But then again, it’s not impossible to a complete an entire sphere (7 lessons) in one lifetime with the right amount of awareness, discernement and determination. Some learn with more efficiency, and some learn slower.
Being aware of these fundamental lessons, e.g. the lesson of letting go of the urge of proving oneself, can save you years of your life acting out inauthentic, non-efficient and draining behavior, drastically improving the quality of your life and the degree in which you self-actualize and create wholeness, satisfaction and mastery in your life. Podcast #2: The Voice
The Fear of Rejection, Vulnerability & Self-Actualization
This blog post is a special one, as we have our first podcast episode, in which I talk with my special friend Emily about a subject that is very close to our heart, and we believe to be deeply important for every human being. The conversation explores the subject of rejection, more specifically the fear of rejection, and also touches the topics of vulnerability, self-actualization, authenticity, learning, teaching and the importance of sharing.
The beginning of the conversation turned out a bit stiff, but after the 7-minute mark some real juicy, valuable and deep insights, ideas and truths are discussed, so make sure to hang in there and listen all the way to the end if the topics of self-expression, authenticity and self-actualization are important to you.
Extreme Dualities, Paradoxes & Opposites
Whether you are creating a compelling story, doing some deep diving into the nature of your Self or if you’re simply contemplating life, you’ll find that life is full of dualities, paradoxes and opposities and that there is a lot of power, liberation and truth in finding, demystifying and resolving these paradoxes. I love to believe that all paradoxes and dualities ultimately dissolve into unity and that it’s ultimately possible to connect, transcend and alchemize all dualities within life and ourselves. Without further ado, here is a lot of some fundamental dualities I’ve stumbled upon. Some of them are highly subjective, while others are heavily dependant on the meaning you give to certain words, terms or symbols, but I felt like sharing them anyway. Hope you enjoy :)
